I started GamesOfZorcon.com, a table-top gaming website in 2004. I built the 100+ page website from the ground up using Frontpage 2000. Around the same time, I started an eBay Storefront using the same name.

A homepage screen cap of GamesOfZorcon.com circa 2005.

The resource site focused mainly on 6 features:

  • Gameography: A detailed chronological indexing of specific game lines. (ie Lost Worlds, Car Wars, Dungeons & Dragons,
  • d20 Directory: An enormous 40+ page, 250,000+ entry spread sheet indexing every rule, feat, class, item, spell etc. for Dungeons & Dragons 3e/3.5e line.
  • Magazine Index: An index of every article for most of the major gaming magazines.
  • Accessory 411: A collection of links to unusual and hard to find gaming accessories from exotic glass beads to unique dice bags.
  • Calendar of Events: Listed all of the local gaming events and production release dates of major table-top game companies.
  • BattlePlanner images: A gallery images of collectible miniature games and their expansions of the time. The images were sized perfectly for use with BattlePlanner inventory software

In addition to the main features, the website also included a blog, a list of local clubs, and a forum.

In 2009, I started this blog. The core subject matter has been on building, converting, and painting scale miniature gaming figures and terrain (ie D&D, WH40K, Necromunda, and Blood Bowl). But I also occasionally discuss other activities on interest in my life.
